Missing letterbox?

We attempted to find our first letterbox the other day. It was not there.
It was the LadySlipper box in Dennis, Massachusetts. Anyone else know about
this?

i also went after that box last fall and the placer told me they
pulled it for repair but it would be back soon...i think that was
october. havn't been back since... don't let that discourage you
ther're alot more in that area that are there...try goast train.its
donw the same trail. good luck
